As a mom of 4, a loving wife, and a hard worker, Kristi’s health and fitness has always been important to her. But as we all know, Life happens, and those needs get put last on the “to do list”. Kristi says, “I can remember waking up WAY before the kids started their day during my third postpartum journey to squeeze in a 30-minute workout. Then I would get myself ready for work.” But when it came to “what to eat” it was an endless battle.
Being raised in the South, every meal was served with mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, red meat or fried chicken. Plus, that oh so delicious real sweet tea. So, as you might imagine, simply knowing where to start was a struggle.
After several military moves, she earned her degree in Exercise Science. She also earned six different certifications to include Sports Nutrition. Kristi says; “nothing beats having the experience and the know how when it comes to meal prep”.
Trying to stay on track with her health and fitness goals was once very time consuming, every weekend. Not to mention keeping up with the family of six.
All of this has now blossomed into a full-time business.
