We have tried to anticipate any additional questions that you may have.

What are the instructions for heating my meals?

Cut one small corner and heat for 3 minutes. Cut end of package and slide meal onto plate. If meal needs additional heating, only do so at 20 second increments so that you don’t over heat and dry out the meat.

Can I place an order for the same meals I ordered last time without selecting them again?

Yes, Login, go to My Account and select Orders. There you will see all of your previous orders. Click View and you will see a list of meals. Click Order Again, If you need to add or remove a meal it is a simple process.

How do I pay for my meals?

Once you select your meals and they are added to your Cart you can proceed to Check out. Here you will have the option to pay via PayPal use your Debit Card or any Major Credit Card.

How do your prices compare with others?

Our prices are very competitive. You will definantly notice the care and quality that goes into our meal preparation.

Are you going to be adding more Pickup Locations?

Yes we will. If you have a location and would like to partner with us or know of a location that might be interested please Contact Us.

Do you have Low Carb or Keto Options?

No, not at this time. We are more focused on a Balanced Macro Meal.

How will I know when my meals have been delivered?

You will receive an order completed notification at the email address on your account.

Are your meals good for losing weight?

Yes, please calculate your MACROS and follow the guidelines for total daily consumption.

Do I have to choose a meal from the current week?

No, the Week Categories are there to help you with planning. You can choose a meal from any week and anytime. 

How many meals can I purchase?

We have Weekly Menus to help you with your planning but you can select meals from any week. You can order as many meals as you like.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes, please make your meal selections, add them to the Cart and you will be asked to register prior to checkout. You can also register at anytime just select My Account.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. You must place an order for a minimum of 5 meals.

What do I do if I have an incomplete or damaged order?

Contact Us as soon as possible to let us know the issue and we will assist you.
