So, here is how it works… The Process

We start by offering a 30-Day Healthy Habit Challenge. It’s the ultimate accountability with your nutrition coach to help you understand how to properly fuel your body on a daily basis and how to create those habits to last a lifetime, not because you have to with a diet but because you want to.

Once completed, you have full access by the membership to our Mission Fit Nutrition community. It’s a private group of other like-minded individuals living out a healthy lifestyle through challenges, support, and continued Nutrition Coaching.

We call this a challenge because it is! You develop the skills here to support healthy habit changes for longevity. We will first meet via zoom after a 3-day log of your current habits. We create a 7-day focus plan where you check in daily with your Nutrition Coach! This program does require you to log your meals daily so that we can ensure progress each week! Please be sure you are in a place to fully commit; at Mission Fit Nutrition we desire for you to learn and grow during our time together and want to be sure you are READY for a lifetime healthy habit change.

I’m Kristi. I’ve been helping others reach health and fitness goals for over 8 years now! I’m a military wife and mom to four Babes. I personally know, It’s not easy but it’s simple when we can do it together. There’s not one obstacle that I haven’t experienced and I absolutely love being able to share in this journey with others so that you can grow to be your true best self. I truly believe to make a real change, you must start with what’s on the inside.

Throughout our time together you gain the knowledge to better understand foods and why we need them. You develop a foundation to help you become more aware of keeping long-term healthy habits.

And yes, you do have to log your meals using MyFitnessPal. We start by reviewing your eating habits from a 3-day log. We meet over zoom. Go over the log and set up your MyFitnessPal and create a 7-day focus plan.

You have to check in with me nightly with your pie chart. Then we chat weekly over your weekly views and make adjustments based on your progress.

You learn a lot and it’s a growing process. The idea is to set you up with better habits so that you make healthier choices long term. We bring awareness to your current habits to ensure progress.

After completion, you are invited to follow up with the Mission Fit Nutrition Community.

64 days ago Kristi posted something about a 30-day push. I was intrigued so I had her message me. After hearing what it was I decided to join. See I have struggled with food all my life. I have tried different fad diets and even had a nutritionist back in Illinois before we moved here. Nothing stuck. I would always revert back and find myself more depressed and in worse shape than before I started the “diet”. With Kristi’s program, it is different. It is not a diet it’s just changing your focus to Macros. Plus changing your mindset. We started out with 900 calories, increased to 1000 and now it’s at 1500. When we discussed 1500 I didn’t know how I would eat that much in a day lol. With her help and the help of the app MyFitnessPal, I eat almost 1500 calories and stay within my macro goal. I learned to check the graph before each meal to see what area I need to focus on next. I am now on my 3rd month of her 30-day push. I have lost 11 lbs, but I have gained my self-esteem back. I have gained my confidence back. So much so that I bought my first crop top 😳. I have more energy for my boys, and the best part is they are eating more fruits and vegetables than ever before. If you have ever been on the fence w/ working with Kristi and doing her 30-day push I truly recommend it. It truly has created positive habits and it has become second nature to track my food now. Absolutely, the first thing we need to do is to get to know a little more about you and your goals. We also want to ensure you feel comfortable going forward.

How do I pay for my 30-Day Healthy Challenge?

Is the 30-Day Healthy Habit Challenge refundable?

No sorry, once we get started it is not refundable.

How do I pay for my Mission Fit Nutrition Membership?

What about the Mission Fit Nutrition Community is it refundable?

No sorry, once we get started the initial 30 days are not refundable. However, this is a subscription that is billed monthly and you may cancel at any time after the initial 30 days.

How do we communicate?

Communication is via phone, email, text, or Zoom as well as through our weekly tracker in MyFitnessPal. You are able to reach out 24/7, 7 days a week. I do enjoy a good night’s sleep and we have Kido’s at home so please don’t make it too late. We do however encourage you to communicate often. The more you are open and let us know what’s going on, the better we can coach you. If at any time you have a question or concern, message and ask!

What if I have to take a trip in the midst of my coaching program?

Nutrition Coaching is meant to help you learn how to integrate healthy living and goals into your life, and that includes traveling or weekend getaways. Just let me know and we can co-create some strategies to help you plan for your trip to stay on track or just back off to some degree. So many struggle with meshing life and goals. We can help teach you skills and educate you on ways to feel good while enjoying your life!

Do I need to belong to a gym?

No, this is not necessary. Remember our Nutrition Coaching style is personalized, and that includes where you workout. We may let you know if we would recommend a gym membership based on your goals and mindset.
