HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Each meal is individually vacuum sealed to retain freshness. They come ready for the microwave straight from your freezer. No planning, prepping or cleanup is required, just heat and enjoy your homemade healthy meal.
Cut one small corner and heat for 3 minutes. Cut the end of the package and slide the meal onto a plate. If a meal needs additional heating, only do so at 20-second increments so that you don’t overheat and dry out the meat.
