HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Each meal is individually vacuum sealed to retain freshness. They come ready for the microwave straight from your freezer. No planning, prepping or cleanup is required, just heat and enjoy your homemade healthy meal.
Cut one small corner and heat for 3 minutes. Cut the end of the package and slide the meal onto a plate. If a meal needs additional heating, only do so at 20-second increments so that you don’t overheat and dry out the meat.

Such a good taco bowl! I was skeptical of the peas in it at first, but they are a perfect addition to this already tasty bowl! It is super filling as well. I added so Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to the top and that just amplified the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend this meal 🙂
